Tournament Opt Out Form

All tournament fees for all students process April 1st. You MUST opt out between March 15-31 to ensure you are not charged for this event. If you do not opt out in time, the fee will NOT be refunded but a credit can be placed on your account. 
After April 23, 2023, there are NO refunds and NO credits.
