This year has kicked off to an amazing start. A warm welcome to all the new members who have joined over the last 6 weeks, we are so excited to have you in our Phoenix Family.

Speaking of Family, we originally were going to stay open for Family Day Monday, but our executive has decided to give our hardworking instructors a break to spend some time with their families. Please disregard the notice in the newsletter about Family Day being open! Sorry for the confusion!

Mrs. Hawkins is the chair of this committee that plans fun events in the Stony/ Spruce area. You don't have to be a regular trainee at Stony Plain to join the fun, but you will have to drive a bit!! We have done skating nights, snowboard nights and pizza nights over the last month. It may be time for a game night soon! We've added Zumba Fitness classes to our schedule! Click the Zumba tab on the left for more information on classes!

January and February every Friday night at 7:30 the demo team will be practising so there will be no specialty classes until March.

Its a new team this year with only a handful of students.  (between 4 and 6).  Master Stanley will be participating in this one as well.

We can't top last years demo, so we won't even try.  We'll just do one completely different.
